Shipping
***During this COVID-19 pandemic, USPS shipping times are much longer than normal. Please expect extreme delays in transit time as well as delays for tracking status updates. USPS tracking updates may not be available for up to 10 days.***
Please allow up to 2 business days (not including holidays and/or weekends) for your items to be processed. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will be receive a tracking number via email. Orders received on the weekend and/or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Unverifiable Address
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that USPS uses when delivering your mail. Please ensure that you have included apartment or suite numbers and correct city and zip code.
Refused Packages
If your package is refused or return from USPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship your package.
Lost Packages
We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to USPS error. If we track your package and it shows that it is in transit or has been delivered, and you have not received your package, we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks before a response from the carrier.
