Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are NOT accepting returns. All sales are final.

Note: All merchandise is checked for damage prior to shipping, and we hold ourselves harmless for damaged goods.
Due to hygienic reasons, there will be no refunds, exchanges or credits on any fashion jewelry or cosmetics, swimwear or lingerie.
Special orders, preorders or personal shopping orders are non-refundable.
Sale items are "AS-IS" and final. Refunds, exchanges or credits will NOT be given to items on sale, clearance or final sale.
We will accept a return if we are notified within 3 days from receipt of your merchandise providing order was not a sale, pre-order, personal shopping etc. item. Once return approval is received from us, you must have that item returned to us within 5 days from original receipt. If not received at our business after 5 days, we will NOT honor our approval and merchandise will be returned to you. Returned items must be in the original packaging, unworn or used or not damaged. If return not in original package and condition, it will be returned to you and no credit or exchange (less the shipping costs) will be honored. Return shipping will be at your cost.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 3 days from the date of delivery. If you received an item that was not ordered per your invoice, you must contact Tiara’s Place within 3 days from receipt for a return merchandise approval. If item is available, the correct item will be shipped to you free of charge and your return shipping cost will be refunded in the form of a store credit. If your replacement item is out of stock, we will process a refund back in the form of the original order payment method and return shipping costs will be refunded in the form of a store credit. In order to receive store credit for your return shipping costs, you must attach the return shipping receipt along with your return. You will only be credited the amount USPS ground would have charged for the same return, not the actual amount spent.
